（PHP版）处理图片的类库
GD库，很强大，不过对其使用非常熟练的为数不多，对于处理 jpg 之类的图片好像没有任何问题，但是出现了gif 动画图片怎么办？对于裁减 gif 动画图片，本人至今在GD库中没有找到一个合适且完美的解决方案。
也许正是因为GD库的功能比较基础，而出现了Imagick 这个 php 扩展库。注意是：Imagick，而不是 ImageMagick，也不是 MagickWand .
Imagick ：是php的扩展库与其他两个没有任何关系，只是名字长的有点像，功能也有点类似。
ImageMagick ： 是Windows/Mac/Unix/Linux系统上的一款应用程序，属于图像处理软件。
MagickWand ：是ImageMagick的程序接口，php 当下如此流行，也不例外，提供有 PHP 的扩展，要使用此类库，需专门安装此扩展，且必须在系统上已经安装 ImageMagick ，详情可以参考 http://www.magickwand.org/。
这些天整理了一个兼容处理 Gif , jpg 等图片的类，只需简单的传入参数即可以对图片进行处理，此类是基于 Imagick 扩展的，因此使用前请先安装 Imagick 扩展。
